Madeleine DeNitto has worked in the industry since 1999 in New York City, Atlanta and Charleston setting a mission to meet the needs of clients with the highest level of skills, knowledge and compassion.
Through her years of independent study and client experience, Madeleine has found herself often referred to as an expert in not only the general organizing field, but in the most challenging areas of chronic disorganization, obsessive compulsive hoarding and overshopping tendencies. It was through her high levels of research that subsequently led her to consider the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, formally known as the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization. Since 2007, Madeleine has been an active ICD subscriber with over 150 hours of study credits, giving her the extra skills and knowledge needed for such specialties. During the last three years, Madeleine has also worked on two critical task forces with ICD, including that of the name change, as well as writing for ICD publications.
Madeleine is also highly active with the National Association of Professional Organizers, having held various NAPO positions on both national and chapter levels. Most recently, Madeleine has been asked to serve on the NAPO-NY chapter board as Communications & Technology Director. She has also been a dedicated volunteer with NAPO's Quantum Leap Program, serving various charitable organizations through the years.
